Orpheus Lodge, located near Baltimore, Maryland, brings history, tradition, and relevance to today. Our Lodge was founded over 90 years ago.
We practice ceremonies that are timeless and have deep metaphysical roots. While we are founded on ancient teaching, we embrace modernity and have added video conference social meetings on the 1st Saturday of the month in addition to our face-to-face meetings on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
Men and women are equal members and we are diverse and welcoming. We work together towards the progress and perfecting of humanity beginning with ourselves. We practice charity providing support to local charities, orphanages in Togo, and a local scholarship.
We open our arms to those who seek truth, want to study symbolism and learn through allegories and ceremonies, and yearn for a community/fraternity of others that support each other’s growth.
